Easter Weekend

As we head into Easter weekend, we’re reminded of the incredible price Jesus paid for our sins by giving His life on Calvary’s cross.  We’re reminded of the proof of His authority as God’s Son through the glory of His resurrection.

Easter  is a time for reflection, repentance and cleansing.  It’s a time for expressing our gratitude to God for His wonderful gift to us.  It’s also a time for celebrating the newness of life given to us through faith in our Risen Savior.

All of these remembrances and expressions of worship are best experienced with fellow believers — the family of God — Jesus’ church.  I hope you are making plans to worship with God’s people this weekend in your local church.  Don’t miss the opportunity this Easter to join with millions around the world proclaiming Jesus’ death and resurrection.

Here at Church of the Redeemer we have a number of wonderful weekend opportunities for you to reflect, worship and celebrate with others Jesus Christ’s victory over death, hell and the grave!
